Health and Wellbeing Coaches

Our Health Coaches focus on how changes to lifestyle or diet can have a huge affect on your health. They offer time to talk through how you are feeling and what you are experiencing. They will offer guidance and support with. Creating a Personalised Whole-Person Approach.

Dietray changes, stress management, emotional balance, exercise and contact with nature are all examples of modifiable aspects of Lifestyle Medicine.

Lifestyle Medicine is for anyone with a chronic disease and is willing to do more for their health could benefit from working with our Health Coaches and managing their own health.

Some of the typical conditions that a coach could help with are:

  • Type 2 Diabetes

  • Obesity

  • Pain Related Conditions

  • Headaches & Migraines

  • Digestive Issues

  • Inflammation Related Conditions

  • Hypertension

  • Mood Disorders
